HELP With New Mini
 

I bought a 2015 4 door a couple of months ago. There is some yellow goop (best word I could come up with) used I believe to seal the hood welds or seams. It was hot a few weeks ago and some of it leaked out and dried on the black plastic trim around the front wheels wells. Now that it's dried I can't get it off. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have a suggestion on how to remove it without discoloring the molding?
