Problems with Dealer Service

Help -- My 2008 S has been in the shop 5 times for the same thing. Poor MPG and cylinder miss fires. All Patrick Mini does is clean and tell me to put better gas in. I have. NOW I'm asking for a direct email or Phone number to MINI. And NO ONE will give me one. Any ideas?

Should be in your owners manual also on mini usa ...

sounds like a bad fuel pump
