Default R53 Fuel Injector Issue

I recently changed my headgasket and after putting everything back together, the car barely started and was running terrible. I figured out that cylinders 3 and 4 were not firing, by pulling plug wires will the car ran. I assumed spark plugs were the issue and went and got a new set. Still had the same.issue...I then tried the injectors of the engine....fuel in 3 and 4 injectors were not working. Switched working injectors into non workin spot...and they also dont work.Anyone have an idea whats going on with my r53? Not sure what to check next. Id appreciate any help. Ty so much.

If injectors 3 and 4 don’t fire even after swapping, the issue is electrical, not the injectors. On the R53 this is usually a wiring or connector problem on the injector harness, or a shared ground or ECU driver fault. Check the injector plugs, wiring continuity back to the ECU, and engine grounds. Something likely got disturbed during the head gasket job.
