cooper S GP

What can anybody tell me about the Cooper S, GP? Good, bad or other. Are they worth the prices that I have seen them asking? Thanks.

They are a very limited edition hence the numbers
they are more upgraded then a JCW there is a website dedicated to them

Big difference from the S to the GP, especially on the handling. Maybe not to much on the streets, but if you ever track down them side by side then you would be able to tell the difference.
