2005 convertible issue
 

The top on my 2005 wont go up. dealer wants 4800.00 to repair. the motor over my head runs but doesn't move anything, I've seen the video on repairing the cables but no detail on how to access that motor. There are no visible screws on the panel, does anybody know how to access it?
