2005 Mini No won't start/ Crank
 

Car lights outside and inside including the dash will come on with key turned. No other actions or sounds when key turned to start. No warning of any sign that we noticed before the no starting/ cranking happened. New battery and new starter. OBD reader says no fault codes. Any Ideas on what to try next? Thanks
