defective CVT
I have a 2004 mini cooper with a bad CVT. the car only has 25,978 on it. MINI of mt laurel nj claims that there is NOT a wide spread problem with the faulty CVT. they want $7,000 for a new transmission. Customer service at MINI usa and BMW NA have not been very helpful. I know the age is a factor however, the mileage or lack of mileage should also be a factor....
Do you have any suggestions as to my next move???? thanks B |
