headlamps

Hi, just bought a 2005 Mini Cooper S and it seems the xenon headlamps point straight to the ground and was wondering how I could adjust them so I can see better at night? If anyone knows anything, it would be greatly appreciated.

Are they the HID's ? If so they are motorized they dip down and reset. If not themotors or circuits are bad
