[FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Hello and happy Easter Eve to one and all.. My girlfriend has had her 2003 mini S for some time now prolly since 08.. I have helped her to maintain it as she and i both cannot afford to take it in to the shop whenever maintenance needs to be done ... I do my best.. I am not a mechanic but owning cars and working on them myself has taught me a thing or two..and has encouraged me to buy tools when ever I work on a new car..She has braved the winter with the blower motor going on and off once in a while...I told her I would look at it and have done my best..bought a Resistor as things I have seen said...there is no Resistor where I was told there was one..just a delete in the plastic molding...she has auto climate..bought a new controler...NOPE>..now with the dash and all the front off..blower motor screws out I can not take it out the drivers side not enough room. any suggestions HELP>>:confused:[

Did you ever find out the proper method and how to get the blower motor resistor changed out? I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything on it anywhere on the web. Got any tips or a DIY guide you bump me with?
