Hi so I recently bought a 2003 Mini. It’s actually my first car that’s not a v8 (very sad btw). So the car literally feels like it’s not moving to me and is very quiet , any one know of/or have done an engine swap? Or just any mods in general?

Also third question - has anyone done a auto to manual conversation and how much did that run for?
