Default hello from Washington state

Hello all,

Its my first post, so after some searching I didn't find the info I'm looking for, so I figured Id say hi, and post it here.

I have just purchased a 2005 mini cooper convertible steering column.

I need the lower column trim, and need to know what years will fit what. I saw one on fleabay, but its for a 2004. Will this fit?
Mine is charcoal gray with silver stalks.

I am also in need of a connector and pig tail for this column, as well as a pin out diagram or just jotted down notes on what wire goes to what.

Thank you in advance for your time.

I have no idea what "connector" you are asking about pictures or what it feeds might help

Thank you on that trim piece.

I need the main connector running from the column to the rest of the wiring harness. Basically the wires that go to the wiper, headlight controls. under the bottom column plastic trim is a large single connector on the left side of the column adjacent to the back of the ignition switch.

Thank you. I cant pull up the wiper/washer circuit for some reason for the 05 model. I did get it for another year though.

I just need to know what pin goes to what. All I have is the column, with the pins sticking out of the connector. no wires. which is also what I need.
