How screwed am I

2014 MCS, limp mode. Only codes found with foxwell Nt510 were 2c57 charging pressure control plausibility pressure low, 2c90 blow off Valve jammed, 2c91 blow off Valve mechanics suspicion that blow off Valve is jammed open, and 3429 not p3429 but just 3429 engine oil pressure sensor plausibility too high before engine starts. Spent countless hours research. Best guess is diverter valve is bad. Pulled that, looks like it's missing some plastic internal housing. Pulled the turbo hoses from turbo to see if there was any broken plastic pieces. Found none but noticed oil in turbo hoses on hot and cold sides. Pulled intercooler to look for oil. Small amount in intercooler. Pulled intake. Intake valves severe carbon build up. Walnut blasted valves. Going to replace turbo because wastegate is loose and oil in turbo hoses. Pulled downpipe, pulled turbo, ( took turbo off without removing exhaust manifold and putting in front end service position) Exhaust manifold port 3 and 4 seemed to have a lot of carbon and oil residual. The four bolts surrounding these ports were loose for some reason. Pulled exhaust manifold. Inside manifold ports there is extreme carbon and oil residual. Could the exhaust manifold not being torqued down correctly cause this? How do I clean it without removing the head? Is it possible there's a bent valve or leaking valve guide or worse?
