Hey everyone, I’m new to this forum since I don’t actually drive or have a Mini at all, instead I spend my time on Bimmerpost.
I have been wanting to build my e90 (328xi) since I bought it, but since it’s a daily, I was going to leave it with an exhaust, wheels, and suspension and call off a build.
instead, I had the idea of buying an older Mini, and completely pulling it apart and starting from scratch.
my problem comes when I know nothing about Mini’s, so I was going to look to a forum for help to help me make a list that you think you be nice in a 2003-2009 Mini (I know they changed in 07-08, but I bumped the year up since I’m pulling everything anyway).
I’m not really expecting anyone to reply to this, I just thought it’d be cool to see what engines/transmissions people would want shoved up in a mini (that would fit) along with everything else that would be needed lmao
i was going to use this as a way to practice fabrication, and really have a “built not bought” car.
