Oil filter is stuck I took it to two people and one could not get it off and the other refused to do it I have a 05 mini Cooper hatch and I was wondering if the oil filter is backwards threaded or needed a special tool

 

No you just cross-threaded, makes sure its not damaged and get the schwaben socket. Take your time and slowly insert it into the threads.
