NEED Help please
 
ok so first off i have a 02 mini s. i hit a pothole in the road and my flashers came on, car shut off, and the windows rolled down about 2 inches. NO CLUE:eek: what happened. i have disconnected the battery and the ECU. then waited 10 minutes and reconnected. the car still will not start and when i reconnected the battery, the flashers came back on. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on with my baby?:confused::confused::confused::confused::conf used:

There is a inertia switch/collision sensor that cuts the fuel pump and if it gets jarred enough it could cause a no start. It should be located in the engine compartment about 8 inches away from the brake master cylinder. The diagram drawing below shows you what it looks like. CLICK HERE for the part. I'd also plug into your OBDII port and check for fault codes in all modules.
