need some advice
 

hallo guys an girls,my daughter best friend has 2005 mimi cooper convertable and the roof dose not go all the way back,there is 2 swiches in the boot to check out,there is 2 problems can not open boot and i donot no how to fold down rear seats ,in case i can see what is going on in there if this helps.if you have had same problems could you please help me help my daughters friend many thanks darren.
