New 2006 mini convertible owner (Plano,TX)
 

Just purchased a 2006 mini conv at an auction. :D Runs great but would like to have it looked at for potential / hidden problems.

Does anyone know a good mechanic in the Plano, Tx area?
Are there any clubs I could join.

Really love the car, I want to make sure it's reliable and safe.

I know of 1 in Plano- Eurosport Automotive - Bush Tollway and Plano Rd. The owner is Gary Ochs. They know German cars. I am sure you know the mini is a BMW.

A charge for the key and a charge to program it! Although its is about $220 here in Denver. We need another one, but just can't seem to part with the cash.
