Hello all. I have been driving my wife's MCSa on and off for the last 5 years and always enjoyed it - even with the automatic. I sold my vehicle and am now in the market to buy one of my own (in manual of course).

I am ready to absorb information regarding these great cars.

I want an '05 or '06. I don't like the R56, and I like the updates the 05 has over the early years.

Good choice. I have an 04 R53, I love it but I wish I had the 05 headlights on it. It's all good though.

The 05 projector HID lights do look a bit better, but light output should be near the same and seeing the road is what is the most important thing anyway.

Yes that's true. I'm going to drive it til the wheels fall off then i'm going to try and talk my wife into getting a GP. Only a 2 seater but we'll see. HAHA! Peace out!

Well I bought a 2005 R53 today. I will post photos soon. I am enjoying every minute so far!
