Default New Mini Cooper owner

Hello mini forum! Ive just inherited a 2014 Mini Cooper S (R57) from a close family member that passed away. Besides the typical clanking from the timing belt tensioner the only other issue it seems to have is the front camber is way off!! Especially the L/F. I took the car to an alignment shop and they told me they couldn’t complete service cause the front would not adjust to specs. I asked if there was anything bent and they said they didn’t know. That made me loose all faith in that shop. So I checked it out myself and researched online. I’ was able adjust the camber with the adjustment plate kit I purchased on the strut tower and it’s maxed out but the tire still has drastic negative camber. The top of the tire still slants in quite a bit. I checked out (visually) every suspension component and nothing looks bent. Could anyone out there recommend my next step. I know it should be to take it to another alignment shop but unfortunately where I live there’s only 2 shops in town and I now know they both suck. The next closest is over an hour away. Was hoping to be able to fix this (for the most part) by myself. I have an alignment kit I purchased and it works pretty good. I’ve aligned my bmw with no problems. The mini doesn’t pull or drift so I’m kind of at a loss. Any help from my fellow mini owners would be greatly appreciated.
thanks everyone.
