New to the mini nation
Hi all,
Noob here, just bought a 2006 Cooper S that had 93,000 miles on it before he blowed the motor up. I got it for $500.00. The dealer was going to charge him $8,000 for a "slightly" used motor and/or give him $500 towards a trade...I've been in the car when it was running and it is in really good condition inside and out. I live in Gainesville, Fl. and I'm driving up to Charleston, S.C. to pick it up on Friday. Trying to decide if I'm going to put a turbo or a supercharged motor in it. Found some decent prices on some used motors. This will be the fourth car in our stable which includes a '79 MG Midget.
