I just bought a new 09 MCS so far it has been a nightmare i've had it 3 months and the water pump went out then my tranny starts leaking at the seal now my clutch is rattling and grinding in neutral its not doing it all the time but enough to annoy me ,and its getting harder to put in to gear. well i took it in for service and they drove it around they could not get the problem to occur. i went to the dealership and the tech and i drove around we got the noise to occur they take the car in for service.the next day the shop forman could not get it to do the noise so they will not repair my car. i called mini usa and they are UNHELPFUL..can some one advise me on what to do? its been in three times for this with no repair done..
