Default New owner of a 2005 Mini S

Hi, I bought a 2005 Mini S as a Christmas present for the wife. So far she loves it, small enough to park anywhere, fast enough to out run most anything around here. Plus "it's cute" she says. My 16 year old daughter is always trying to get her little hands on the key to take it for a spin. I almost regret buying the car for the wife and not keeping it for myself but, a happy wife leads to a happy life I'm told and at 6'4" with back issues, this car isn't as comfy as my bike!

Anyway, I need a service manual for this car. I usually do almost all the repair work on all my cars, trucks and bikes so I like to have the manual for them.

It is time for rear brakes, the sensor came on and I am now trying to find the best place to buy replacement and aftermarket parts for this car, any suggestions?

Thanks! I look forward to reading more on this site. I've found cool info with the little I've poked around.

Thanks for the links!

This is an awesome little car, still wishing it was mine and not the wife's!

Who knows, maybe once I get a new bike I can find another little race Mini for myself! Trying to mod 2 bikes, maintain the 16 yo daughter's car, the wife's new" Mini and my truck can get to be a little overwhelming at times not to mention expensive! At least the wife and daughter are happy with their cars as they are for now (still waiting for the new manual I ordered for the Mini so who knows what I might sneak in once I read themanual)! Me, I like a little more than stock so things go a little slow in the mod department with the selection of autos and bikes to play with!

Thanks again, I look forward to all the cool info on the site and will post anything I can that will help out if and when I come across something!
