New Owner of 2007 MINI Cooper S in Phoenix AZ
Hello All:
I've been wanting a MINI since they debuted - and finally got one on Monday. It's a 2007 Chili Red Cooper S, 6-speed with black check interior and black roof/stripes/mirrors. It looks and drives like new save a sagging hood scoop that appears to have succumbed to what appears to be a fairly common warping issue due to high engine/turbo heat. I'm going to MINI North Scottsdale on Friday to have it evaluated and hopefully replaced.
The car seems pretty high line - pano roof, auto air, piano black interior, spoiler, heated seats, auto wipers/headlights, auto dimmer mirror, etc.
I've only been able to put 15 miles on the car so far, and can't wait to hit the road for a longer trip!
I look forward to reviewing the forum to learn more about the car and my fellow members.
