Post A Buyers Guide Please
 

So I've searched over and over and haven't been able to find a first time buyers guide (if there even is one). If anyone has a link or could kindly post something on each model and year of Mini's would be a saint. I'm interested in the Mini S's. I'm hearing some came supercharged while others were turbo'd. Any recalls or flaws on these? Sorry, just sold my '87 Mazda RX7 Turbo II and am more used to the RX7 forums then the Mini's so I apologize for any stupid questions asked.

first gen mini S's were supercharged 02/06 hardtop up to 08 in convertibles
07 hardtops on up to current are turbo late 08 to current convertibles are turbo

By now any of the first gen s were recalls performed ...

not any new recalls on the second gens I'm aware of ...

Okay, so you're saying the only Cooper S hardtop turbo were 2007+? and earlier were supercharged?
