replaced Altenator and new issues

I have 10 new codes on my 2005 mini, not supercharged and have had issues with it since purchased. not happy with the purchase now but its to late. I currently have 10 codes:
1. p0638 throttle actuator control range/ performance
2.p1787
3.p1698 ECU functionality incorrect
p1611 MIL call up cirbuit transmission control module short to ground
P0500 vehicle speed sensor

what can I do and am I completely screwed??
