not sure if this is correct place to ask but here goes mini cooper clubman diesel having problems with air bubbles and fuel starvation have had this problem for two years steadily getting worse any suggestions please car difficult to start managed to get it running but when trying to rev it ,it stopped bubbles are coming from fuel filter to hand primer checked fuel hoses with a vacuum pump

yes changed high pressure injection pump and fuel pressure sensor and O rings in fuel conne
