'Just wanted to introduce myself. Stephen's the name (STE-fin), Bay Area. After being in of out of cars like bad relationships (thought the previous cars have served me well), I've landed a mini-coop'--and hopefully, this one's a keeper. I will say that, by far, as a complete package, this is THE awesomest car I've ever driven. Ever. The "S" badge somehow made the car feel fast.

'Never sure what to say when introducing myself on a forum. Been with BayAreaRidersForum (former motorcyclist I am), FocusFanatics ('04 SVTF, Euro), SRTForums (SRT-4, currently trying to sell it--too ridiculous, in terms of power/mods/practicality), and now, Mini Cooper Forums.

Basics--grade-school teacher by day. Night, whatever--wannabe music-production, acting, bumming around, etc.

Anyway--I hope to meet fellow enthusiasts, and perhaps learn more about this car, the culture. 'Perhaps participate in get-togethers, rides, etc. In the meantime--Godspeed, folks! 'Enjoy them go-karts!
