I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM MannInBlackk TODAY AND IT SAID THAT THE LAST COUPLE DAYS MY COMPUTER HAS SHOWN VIRUS ACTIVITY. I HAVENT BEEN ON THE FORUM IN A COUPLE WEEKS SO THERE IS NO WAY THAT HE WOULD KNOW THAT. PLUS, MY COMPUTER IS FINE. HE SENDS YOU A LINK TO "FIX" YOUR COMPUTER. I AM VERY CONFIDENT IT IS A VIRUS SO DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK. PLEASE PASS THIS ALONG AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

I just joined this forum and got the same thing this morning. He has no posts and when you try to reply to his message it says his box is full.

This message from maninblack sounds like a scam. I suggest you delete the message asap.

I also got the same e-mail, never respond to to that sort of mail, just delete it.

got another one today from RazzorrMan. This is getting old and I wish I could just delete my account. I am thinking of buying a mini and just wanted info. Never been harrassed like this on any of my subaru or photography forums. I have disabled all e-mail notification stuff so I wont even see any responses to this. Wish I could just delete it.

I got one from Xandderrmann,text looked like one of those weak translations from Chinese.So how is it coming at us through this forum with our user names?

If they bother you go to the CP and chose not to recieve PM's

Based on what I am reading he is only hitting new people on this forum. Everyone that has complained has less than 50 posts and usually a lot less than that.

Now he calls himself RazzorrMan. Spam.

Hmmm I have 917 posts and he hit me ... pretty dumb spamming a moderator

I wonder if he thinks anyone would ever go for it. Amazing how some people get their kicks, isn't it?

I got the same message too. it's nice to know that i'm not alone. I didn't click on the site added in the msg, but it bothered me because I did my own scans and found no viruses.

Well if he's banned why did I get one today?

admins i would recommend blocking registration for a few days until whoever is sending these spam messages stops. can you trace the IP they're being registered from?

No they have different IP's and emails evey time
