R56 Helix Intercooler Brand New

Sold my Mini and have a new in the box, never opened Helix intercooler I'd like to sell. I paid $600 for it originally. I had a 2013 S, but I believe this will fit all 2nd gen. Asking $400 OBO. I'm in Charlotte NC but can arrange for shipping. Any questions let me know. Thanks
