SOLD --- FS: 17" S-Lites - CHEAP $!!!
SOLD17" S-Lites
Used but in nice shape with no cracks or bends.
Don't recall any curbage either, but will double-check and will
take pics for an interested buyer. (of course)
NEW PICS are posted Below!!!
Looking to unload to get them out of my garage.
Would much prefer a local pick up but may ship at the buyers expense.
OK, since there are a new set for $600, I'll drop mine to $300!!!
if interested, please give me a shout.
Thanks,
Steven
** DESCRIPTION...
looking at the rims, they look awesome from like 5 feet away but when you
get really close to them I am sure you could pick out a couple imperfections.
The only ones to note, which I tried to capture in the pictures, are as follows...
1 rim has 2 paint chips at the edge of the rim, from the damn tire shop
(pic #609)
1 rim has a few faint nick marks (or a slight rub mark)and a real fine dark colored scratch
on it which I am pretty sure the scratch could be polished out, and its not deep
or anything either.
Both of those marks onthe edge of the rim are almost not even worth noting but I like
to disclose everything.
Its really likely that the slight rub mark at the very edge will be hidden by the tire bead.
(pic # 614)
Lastly, and I forgot about this, one of the rims was touched up at the dealer by a wheel
repair guy that the Mini dealer uses.
It was done before they sold it to me and likely because that wheel had some curbage.
You know how most people don't know how to parallel park. :-)
Anyway, no curbage on it now, but if you look close you can see a difference in the
color of the silver paint around the edge of the rim where it was sanded and blended.
You gotta look close at the wheel to notice it and when the wheels are polished its
even harder to notice, let alone when the tires are juiced up.
(pic # 611)
Remember, these wheels still look awesome and are still in really nice shape I'd say, even
being as OCD and ****-neurotic that I am.
There are definitely no bends or cracks or anything else!!!
What would be cool to do with them, if they are a 2nd set for you or anyone else, would be
to either powder coat them or paint them a textured flat black.
I've seen it done before and it looks awesome.
Then again, if you like the classic look, these will fit the bill and look awesome too.
Please note that I had to resize these photos because the originals totalled 23Mb.

RE: FS: 17" S-Lites - CHEAP!!!
I am in Baltimore.
you are in California, right?
I could probably take pics over the weekend but I wasn't really
looking to ship them out?!
If you picked up the shipping fees then I'd do it.
let me know and thanks for the interest.
