So here is the deal. On an 04 Mini S with 140k the guages sometimes stop working or have a spazz attack. The tach will read 0rpm an the speedometer will either do the same or pick a speed an stick there. The engine temp will be all the way up but the fuel guage reads right
. Also this car has many lights on as far as the engine light an abs an air bag lights....Any ideas? The only lead i have which i intend on exploring saturday is I was told that Minis have appox. 20 grounds throughout the car an if one is missing/has bad connection or no connection it can cause these problems. So what I'm lookin for is any other ideas i can explore if that method fails? And I really dont wanna take it to a dealer unless i cannot solve this problem myself. This car was also in a front end collision with a deer
and lived to tell about it...but has some issues now
