So here is the deal. On an 04 Mini S with 140k the guages sometimes stop working or have a spazz attack. The tach will read 0rpm an the speedometer will either do the same or pick a speed an stick there. The engine temp will be all the way up but the fuel guage reads right. Also this car has many lights on as far as the engine light an abs an air bag lights....Any ideas? The only lead i have which i intend on exploring saturday is I was told that Minis have appox. 20 grounds throughout the car an if one is missing/has bad connection or no connection it can cause these problems. So what I'm lookin for is any other ideas i can explore if that method fails? And I really dont wanna take it to a dealer unless i cannot solve this problem myself. This car was also in a front end collision with a deer and lived to tell about it...but has some issues now
