Default 2010 mini cooper graphite petrol

I have an ongoing problem with the tick over when warm, runs perfectly cold. I have just had it serviced with new oil and air filters plus new plugs. I have run 2 full tanks of fuel with correct amount of redex. The car runs lovely but then when its warm it more often than not starts hunting when coming to a halt. I now drive it with the start stop mode off as it became a real pain and I can keep the engine running with it off. Is there a common issue with this happening nearly all the time when warm. l also find it will not do any more than 40.3 to the gallon at 60mph on the motorway where as my last mini which was a 2009 Cooper petrol would constantly do 45.4 on the same journeys. It had done 85000 miles my newer graphite has only done 49000. Please has anyone got some answers to this problem many thanks in advance.
