Question 2012 R56 Base Compression Test

Compression Test valuesAll

i have a 2012 Cooper R56 1.6L base. I am getting misfire on all cylinders while running.

Just purchased an OTC pressure gauge to do a compression test. I cannot find in the manual what the values are supposed to be, just that the compression should be 11:1.

My values where:

1: 230 / 220
2: 230 / 220
3: 210 / 230
4: 210 / 220

I am not sure these are correct. Other thread seem to have lower values. The values do seem consistent, so that is good ;-0

Any help would be appreciated. Going to try a leak down test this weekend.

Thanks in advance,
Tom

Any update on this? I am late to the party but a few questions....
How many misfires? Same on all cylinders? How many miles on the car? Check and possibly replace the coils and plugs depending on miles. Check vacuum lines between vacuum pump, switch, tank, and waste gate.
