My front wheel bearing is getting noisy. So I figure I'll just change it. I get everything unbolted and the old wheel bearing is nearing off but now it won't release from the half-shaft splines. Is there a trick/technique I'm not aware of? I don't want to be too rough and damage the CV joint or anything else. Anyone done this on a second gen?

 

Hi make sure the bearing is straight and should pull off,with a 3 leg puller
