Hello everyone,
I've got a 09' Cooper S JCW and the front cigarette lighter is loose, seems to have a loose wire as well. How do I get underneath to secure it and the wires it's attached to.

Separately, the cigarette lighter in the trunk also needs attention. It appears to have been completely disconnected and doesn't have any power going to it. How do I remove the panel to access it?
