Default Clutch issues

Ok, when the temperature outside is 50f or below the clutch won't disengage until its all the way to the floor. More than 2/3rds of the pedal travel feels like there's nothing there.
I've had the clutch master and slave cylinder replaced with genuine Mini parts and had it bled out twice. There's no indication of any leaks. If it's warm out and the cars setting in the sun you would never know anything is wrong.
I know it sounds weird, any ideas? 2010 Cooper S
