Question Cylinder Head Rebuild Problem

Problem for my Mini compatriots to help me solve. Swapping cylinder heads on my 2010 R56. N12B16 engine. The oil supply holes don't line up on the right side support for the intake camshaft. I hope the pictures are clear enough to show what I'm talking about. Notice how the hole in the two pictures (toward the right of the pictures) are in different spots. I'm afraid to just bolt it on because there would be no oil delivered to that particular bearing surface. Any thoughts? Anyone have a different support casting I could buy?
This is my new cylinder head.

This is the old (non-rebuildable) cylinder head.
