Default Cylinder Misfire

So I will try and keep this short.

A Few days ago my car threw an engine code. Cylinder one Misfire.

I Swapped coil one and coil two.

Cylinder two Misfire.

Great, the coil is bad. I replaced the coil.

After the coil is replaced, i drive the car. The Car feels better then it has in awhile.

Two days of driving later, i get an engine code. Cylinder one Misfire.

On top of that i'm getting codes P2781 [ECU7E8] (Downshift Switch Circuit high) and P2771 [ECU 7E8] (Four Wheel Drive Low Switch circuit)

My car is a 6 speed stick, not automatic.

Do I have a bigger issue or did I just get unlucky and have two coils fail close together?
