Help with key fob buttons on R56
Hey folks;
My 2008 Mini Cooper R56 hardtop base model has 2 remote key fobs and one of them i bought from a locksmith who came and programmed it for me and it worked fine for about 7 months then the lock/unlock/trunk buttons now don't work anymore.
I'm still able to start and stop the car using that key fob but the 3 buttons on it still won't work. I tried all methods online to re-program those buttons or reset with no luck and i even tried to disconnect the car battery and re-connect with no luck either.
There's some solutions online but none of them worked for me since my car has the start/stop button.
Any idea how to fix that issue?
