Help Mini Cooper d 2008 losing power

Hi guys. I was wondering if I could get any help. I bought a Mini Cooper d 2008 in January and a few months later it has an issue where it loses power when above 70mph on the dual carriage way, most commonly going up a incline. I have taken it to the garage under warranty 5 times now and about to go in for the 6th as it just happened again. They have changed sensors, replaced the egr valve, cleaned the pipes and so far no fix. Has anyone had this problem?
it basicallyfeels like someone applies the break briefly and then won’t have anyextra power and maxes out at being able to go 45 or so mph. If I leave it for a whileI can drive it again no issues . Only has ever happened on the dual cartridge I assume as this is the only time I go over 70. Any help or advice would be appreciated I love the car but this is a fairly big issue and no idea what’s causing it.
