Default How much "Pre-Wiring" is there on a Mini?

Off the top of my head, I had two quick questions; First, are they prewired for any kind of aftermarket alarm system? Second, if you bought a southern car or one without heated seats, how much of a hassle is it to add the heated seats? IOW, are the heating coils in the seats but there's no harness/dash switches/fuses?

For those of you with 2007 and newer that have passed the 50,000 mile limit on the warranty, would you have major concerns on buying a 2007 MCS with 50+ on the speedo?

Thanks for the advice.

no on aftermarket alarm , yes on mini alarm
