Default Mini cooper crank but does not start

Hey guys,
I need your help please with this 2009 Mini Cooper Base N12 issie. The car crank but does not start ( please chdck the youtuYo video below:

I bought the car like that and so far I done below:

1-battery fully charged and its from ankther running N12.
2- checked all relays and fuses.
3- replaced the spark plugs and coils with the other running N12 I jave.

4- removed the engine head and everything looks tighten and clean , no broken bridge or weird sign on the chain.
5- the engine spins when I spin it clockwise.

I also did compression test but the device did not show any signs of compression and I don't know if the device is working.

Fuel pump seems workjng bc there are gas in the spark plug area when I removed them ( they were wet and I waited until they dried to elimenael gas flood possibility).

I am located in Northern Virginia close to DC. There were no code and I ended up with replacing the engine after the car failed with compression test.

I do not remember if I am member in northamericanmotoring.com or not.

Rebuilding an engine was costing me around 1000$ and I had a N12 salvage Mini that I was not able to sell it for even $1500. So it was ideal for me to swap the engine and sell the salvage one with faulty engine.
