I'm a new member here. I'm in desperate need of good advice. My 2011 mini cooper S has been broke down for a bit now. I got a replacement front passenger axle assembly from autozone recently and the new design doesn't give any room to install the snap ring into the mount (which I don't know what its called.) I tried to have a friend of mine who swore he knew what he was doing, install it, just to crack that aluminum mount that bolts the axle to the frame. If anyone can steer me in the direction of what the mount is called or where to find one, I'd be so happy, lol. Thanks!
