Hello.

My wife and I are zeroing in on buying our first Mini. We are looking at a fully loaded 2018 Cooper S 4 door under 35K miles. It has all the bells and whistles we could want, the additional parking assist feature, nav, speakers everywhere, etc. It's going to take a week just to learn the system!

I would love to hear from other Mini enthusiasts as to what are some things we should make sure to double check before we buy to make sure the car is in the best condition it can be in. Are there any areas of concern we should look out for? We are buying from a dealer but not a Mini dealer.

I also have a specific question regarding the rear storage area. I know there is no spare but when I lift all the flat pieces up I see a small area on the right that looks like something is meant to be stored there. Any help as to what it may be.
