Just wanted to drop in and say hello to the forum. I recently purchased a gently used. Lightning Blue 2008 Cooper S as a replacement for my daily driver. I was lucky enough to find one with all the factory options [and some very well maintained Biscuit leather]. It was a big step moving from a Jaguar XJ8 to a Cooper-S, however, I'm quit pleased at how much fun the 'S' is to drive.

...now I'm debating on whether I should leave it factory original or have some fun with mods.

I always say never leave it stock
Wheels, headlights, taillights, new fender blinkers to start and then we shall see
