Correct forum? 2015 R57 S convertible, USA.

Fog light through fender flare hole
Howdy, finding it difficult to understand if this thing has daytime running lights or if the fog lights ARE the DRL's. Posting a code;

"00A8AF FRM: Fog light, right, faulty, E90 M3: daytime running light, right, faulty"

All lights seem to work. The fog light assembly through the fender flare hole looks like this, which I have not seen anywhere online. I'm sure I must be doing something stupid
