Default Repair after 3 years

Hi, one month ago I bought a used Mini Cooper from 2007.
Right from the start there was a problem with the AC in the car, warm air was blowing out after 10 min. I took it to certified bmw-service center, and after they have checked the car they gave me this quotation (see attached) .

Im in chok! Obviously the one who sold me the car, cheated me, cause he said everything was fine.

So my questions are:

- How long warranty is there normal on a mini cooper?

- Can it really be right that a 3 year old car has to be fixed for aprox 5000 USD?

- Im not at all keen with cars, so if someone can look the quotation through and tell me if it sounds fair or if you would recommend me to have it fixed by another service center?

Link to the quotation:

Thank you so much

I'm not sure where you are at and what currency the quotation is but things I see wrong are they are charging 1 hour to replace wiper blades , that takes me like 5 minutes

Appears they are charging 5 hours to check battery and another 5 for charging system check(parts stores here do both for free in 10 minutes)

brake job time appears way too much time as well

A/c repairs sounds like it has a leak and lost charge and needs evap /dryer and recharge
Also where you are at determines warranty , Stateside they are 3 years 36K miles Some certified preowned have even longer warranty.

Default thanks

Bad venge for your help.

For your information i'm in Dubai and I had it checked on a certified BMW-service center.

Do you think I can have it fixed cheaper than the price in the quotation?

Im not car technician so can you tell me what is wrong with the car? I understand that the AC and the breakes is not OK, but that should only cost 3500 AED (around 800 USD), what is the rest on the quotation?

Thanks

Default i think you misunderstood me

No what i meant is the quotation is on 14.000 AED which is around 5000 USD.

Do you think its fair compaired to the quotation that it costs so much to have it fixed?

What i meant with the 800 USD, that is the price ONLY to have the breakes and ac fixed. So what is the rest of the quotation for?

bad venge - I really appreciate your help
