Default Reviving a 2007 R56 egg smell, sputter no boost:-/

Hello, I'm reviving a 2007 R56 that a body shop was intending to use as a donor car. I ended up getting it but only after they had removed the drivetrain and sold the hood, fenders and bumper cover. I have reinstalled the original motor and its ready for paint. It runs but there is no boost and I have the infamous sulfur smell. With a generic OBD2 reader I saw a few codes; P0073, P0190, P0036, and P0327. I plugged in the outside temp sensor and that's good. I actually replaced the green engine temp sensor as it was cheap. The other codes have not come back, in fact, there is the "half engine " icon glowing but no codes right now. I have ordered a knock sensor so I can eliminate that. I realize this is an unconventional build. a basket case so to speak. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
