I have a 2007 Mini Cooper which has just been in for it's first MOT, and a service (I've had it for a year). Before it went it the lights were telling me it needed a service, and also a symbol showed up where the car was up on a ramp in red, which I thought was maybe the MOT symbol. However, now I have the car back this symbol is still showing up and any time I drive the car the handbrake symbol is lit up in red. Did the dealer forget to reset the computer, or is there something else that needs fixed. It passed the MOT, but they did a visual check and noted a couple of things, including tire tread and brake pads, but the car feels ok driving, especially the brakes. Any help would be appreciated. Does anyone know where I could access a guide to all the symbols?
